All orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). We ship to virtually any address worldwide, as permitted by our carriers.

All orders are shipped via USPS and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

                          Return & Exchange Policy

At SKY LUXE BEAUTY, we take pride in providing high-quality raw hair products. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.

​

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped or if the product is defective upon arrival.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at Info@SKYLUXEBEAUTY.com.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging (laces not cut, bundles not unwrapped, hair not installed, washed, or chemically processed).

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
